Landscape Architecture is the professional design of outdoor and public spaces — parks, urban greenery, campuses, waterfronts and whole environments — blending design creativity with ecology and planning. ⏳ Duration

This is a four-year Bachelor of Landscape Architecture Honours (BLAHons) professional degree. Graduates with experience can apply for corporate membership of the Sri Lanka Institute of Landscape Architects (SLILA), a member of the International Federation of Landscape Architects (IFLA).

✅ Entry Requirements

This programme is open to applicants from various streams but is talent-based. You must obtain at least Simple (S) passes in three A/L subjects, including at least one of the following:

• Art, Geography, Biology, Agricultural Science, Chemistry, Physics, Combined Mathematics or Higher Mathematics — minimum grade S

Your remaining subject(s) may be from a wide range of A/L subjects. In addition, you need at least an Ordinary (S) pass in English at O/L, a Credit (C) in Mathematics at O/L (or an S pass in Mathematics at A/L), and you must pass the Aptitude Test conducted by the University of Moratuwa.
