Plantation Management and Technology in Sri Lanka: Careers, Curriculum & Future Outlook

📘 Overview

Plantation Management and Technology trains the managers and technologists who run Sri Lanka's plantation sector — tea, rubber, coconut and other estate crops that are central to the economy. Offered by Uva Wellassa University, with its value-addition focus, it combines crop science and estate management with modern technology and agribusiness. It suits practical, outdoorsy and business-minded students who want a leadership career in agriculture and the plantation industry.
