📘 Overview
Management is the broad, versatile business degree that prepares you to run the people, money, marketing and operations of any organisation. Offered through the Faculties of Management Studies and Commerce at eleven Sri Lankan universities — making it the country's largest single degree intake — it usually lets you specialise in areas like accounting & finance, marketing or human resource management. It suits practical, people-oriented students who want flexible career options across virtually every industry.
It earns a future-proof score of 7.0 because management skills are universally needed and resilient to automation at the leadership level, though the very large number of graduates each year means standing out through specialisation and skills is important.
